Shipping, Orders & Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

  • We offer flat rate USPS Priority shipping of $6.95 and FREE USPS Priority Mail shipping on orders over $100 within the Continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories). We are currently unable to ship to international destinations. 

  • All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which takes 3-5 business days to arrive to you. During peak times like sales & holidays, it may take longer. Once your order has been packaged, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can anticipate when your order will arrive.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER:

  • If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form or at hello@lovelandskincare.com, and we will assist you as best we can. If your order has already been shipped we’re unable to cancel it or make changes to your order.

  • Cancellations will be charged a 10% restocking fee due to the credit card processing fees for accepting and returning funds.  

ORDER PROCESSING:

  • Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be packaged and ready to be shipped, although it will typically take 2-3 business days under normal circumstances. Each item we sell is made in small batches, hand poured, boxed, and packaged with care. 

LOST PACKAGES:

  • In the rare event that the shipping carrier shows the package is lost during transit, please notify us so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. There is a limited timeframe for which we can file an insurance claim so please let us know as soon as possible. 

DAMAGED PACKAGES:

  • Please contact us if a package arrives damaged so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. We are happy to replace any damaged items that are reported within 48 hours of delivery. A photograph of the damage is required.

PACKAGE DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED 

  • We do not offer replacement products for incorrect addresses or shipments shown as "delivered" in tracking the update. 

INCORRECT CUSTOMER-PROVIDED ADDRESS:

  • If the incorrect address is provided and the package is unable to be delivered and then it is returned to us, we will charge the customer new shipping charges based on current shipping carrier rates to have it resent once payment is received. If the shipping carrier does not return the product to us, the customer must work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue by creating a claim. 

NO RETURNS POLICY:

  • All sales are final for opened or unopened products. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective or if the incorrect item was received, please contact us within 48 hours via the contact form or at hello@lovelandskincare.com so we can evaluate the situation and assist you.
